If you decide to move forward on a project, $100 of that $150 becomes credit toward it, so the report effectively costs you $50. No jargon, no upsell pressure.

No. That is the point. We explain everything in plain language, the same way we would to a friend who runs a local business and does not have time to waste on buzzwords. If a term needs explaining, we explain it before you have to ask.

Yes. We only ever look at what is relevant to the specific problem we are solving, we do not sell or share your data, and any tool we build for you is scoped to your business, not bundled into some shared platform. If you have specific compliance or privacy requirements, tell us upfront and we will design around them.

The Business Health Check itself is a 30-minute consultation, usually confirmed within one business day of booking. If we build something afterward, timelines depend on the fix, but our approach is to start small (something like automatic text-backs for missed calls) so you see a real result in days or weeks, not months, before we talk about anything bigger.
